SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders from the Website take priority over Etsy, please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of your order.

Please Note - Express shipping is the speed at which Australia Post delivers your order, it is not a rush order fee. We currently do not offer a rush order fee. All Silk Screens, Stencils, Acrylic Tools and Findings, Rubber Textures and Water Transfers are hand made by us for you with love and care, just for your order in our studio. They take time and care to make and we will have them on their way to their new home as soon as we can.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to make your new exceptional goodies.

SHIPPING

Due to the current pandemic and ongoing effects there is a delay in shipping and is out of our control, we endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible, however it can sometimes take longer than expected.

Due to rising costs associated with shipping we will do our best absorb as much of the costs as possible to help you. Domestic Shipping - we offer $10 flat rate shipping and handling across Australia with Australia Post for orders under 500g. If you require express shipping please select the $14 option.

Please Note this is carrier delivery speed and not the speed in which your silk screens and order is made. If you require your order created in a shorter time frame please contact us BEFORE placing the order and we will do our best to help you. International Shipping - Yes we offer international shipping!! Please select from the available countries, if yours is not shown in the shipping options please contact us to see how we can help you! Please keep in mind that with the current pandemic and ongoing effects it can sometimes take in excess of 8 weeks to arrive, this is out of our control, we will provide a tracking number to allow you to track your order, once it leaves Coral Cockatoo it is unfortunately out of our control.

ADDRESS DETAILS

Your order will be shipped using the address details you enter at checkout. Please check these details carefully. We do not offer refunds for incorrect details supplied by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you notice that you have entered incorrect details. Once your order has been shipped we can no longer make any changes. 

PARCEL RETURNS

If your parcel is returned to us for whatever reason (reasons can include but not limited to: incorrect address, failure to collect on time, etc.) we will happily resend it to you, you will need to pay for shipping costs for the order to be sent out again.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be redelivered we will happily give you a refund as long as the goods are not damaged and in original condition. The total of the refund will be less shipping costs and 10% of the order value as a restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping - Yes we offer international shipping!! Please select from the available countries, if yours is not shown in the shipping options please contact us to see how we can help you! Please keep in mind that with the current pandemic and ongoing effects it can sometimes take in excess of 8 weeks to arrive, this is out of our control, we will provide a tracking number to allow you to track your order, once it leaves Coral Cockatoo it is unfortunately out of our control.

Every order includes a tracking number as part of its postage however, please be ware that tracking is not available for some international countries. 
 
Please Be Aware that your country may charge taxes, duties and import fees. Any customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you enter your mobile number at checkout so that you can be contacted in this regard to ensure your parcel is delivered as soon as possible. 

We try to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible! Due to the pandemic, natural disasters and seasonal disruptions sometimes it may take slightly longer for your parcel to reach you.
