Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer a returns for changes of mind or for incorrect purchases or incorrect address details supplied by the customer. Returns and Refunds are wholly at the discretion of Coral Cockatoo.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please Note that all items damaged by misuse or operator error are non-refundable. We inspect all items before they are shipped out to you to make sure you are sent the best goodies! However if you are struggling with a new technique please reach out to us and we will happily give you some hints and helpful tricks or direct you to our blog or social media for videos and pictures.

Items Damaged In Transit

We have an excellent working relationship with Australia Post as part of our business. You will see that your parcel will always arrive well wrapped and protected as well as your items inside, so we can be sure that your order arrives in the same condition as it was shipped out to you in. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging so that we can contact Australia Post and work towards a speedy resolution. 

For international orders we recommend reaching out to us before placing an order about insurance options. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Products damaged by mis-use
  • Orders where customer has supplied incorrect address details 
  • Changes of Mind
  • Incorrect or Wrong item selection

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
